Values and beliefs, how different or similar are they? and Being ethical when advertising. Where is the limit?

The relation between both aspects values is beliefs or convictions about what are true or false, important or not, that are preserved and supported consciously. It is a "concept of what is desirable." The value adjusted by a manager is the estimate, or excellence attributed to a conviction or preference. The values are derived from the personal choice based on beliefs, opinions, prejudices and standards. The values and how they are arranged to form our concept of values are the foundation for understanding the personality of individuals, their perceptions and attitudes.

Ethics is a set of rules that promote the wellbeing of society, to be ethical must teach the moral code that exemplifies the behavior they think is right.
A child who is to grow up living according to a moral code must understand that behavior has consequences.
Everyone has reason to act ethically, at least when other people are watching. And, if you have to act ethically, it requires being a better person.

The ethic is not the same for all people is a very ambiguous term because all people have different ways of being.
All cultures the way people s different and it depends on the ethics and values inculcated.
To sum up is very important if we want to be an excellent person, values are the best option for being a better person.

Values criminals have

A criminal is a person who commits illegal acts, hurts innocent people and goes against all laws of a country. Criminals have no firm values therefore there is nothing to help them take right decisions at critical moments of their lives.

Firstly, means moral value everything that leads men to defend and grow in their personal dignity. The moral value leads to good morals. Let us remember that what is good improvement, improves, complete.

In contrast the values are grown in the family, most criminals are people who have had no family affection, had no affection, child abuse both psychologically and physically. For this reason esque these people forget their values. Among the 10 most wanted criminals find an African named Felicien Kabuga, a war criminal, architect of the Genocide in Rwanda in 1994.

Finally, the criminals have values at the time they are born but not those values are cultivated while growing up, besides the lack of money also, as discussed crimes that go against the values that are cultivated.

Values in a good leader

A leader is someone who guides others toward a common goal, showing the way by example, and creating an environment in which other team members feel actively involved throughout the process.

To begin with, a leader is not the team leader but the person who is committed to carry forward the mission of the Project. Following are some of the qualities of a strong leader. In africa we find leaders such as: Léopold Sédar Senghor, African independence leader or president of Senegal, Abdoulaye Wade.

On the other hand a good leader must have the following characteristics to be a good leader must listen to their peers, focus, be organized, must have time for his team, including others in decision making and planning, working in team, desicibo and secure.

For last few think that a leader must be simple and intelligent person who thinks that in order to achieve an objective GUP welfare of an entire people. In conclusion we should look that person possesses the characteristics before mensionado to reach well to meet the goals without any conflict.

Values in different countries and cultures in relation whit the religion

Firtly the Christian faith came to North Africa in the first century and spread to Sudan and Ethiopia by the fourth century. Faith still survives in Egypt, Eritrea, and Ethiopia as the subsets of Eastern Orthodoxy. In the fifteenth century, the Christian faith again was presented again in tropical Africa and now has around 340 million Christians in Africa.

On the other hand, Islam, is the second most widely followed religion in Africa, the continent reached in the seventh century from the Mediterranean coast. During a certain period of time, the spread of Islam came along the East Coast and the interior areas of West Africa. Today, the followers of Islam are found in all parts of Africa and are around 285 million.

In fact Africans profess a wide variety of religious belief, Christianity and Islam to the head. Approximately 46.3% of all Africans are Christian and the other 40.5% are Muslims. Approximately 11.8% of Africans still mainly indigenous African religions. A small number of Africans is Hindu, has belief or tradition Judaica, as the Beta Israel and the Lemba tribe.

In conclusion the indigenous African religions tend to revolve around the ancestor worship and animism. A common thread in traditional belief systems was the division of the spiritual world in "fruitful" and "harmful". Spirits are usually beneficial, as it is considered, including the spirits of ancestors to help their descendants, and powerful spirits that protect entire communities of the disaster or attacks by enemies, while the spirits "harmful" include the souls of the victims of murders that were buried without proper burial rites, and strong spirits, which by means of hostile spirit causing the disease among their enemies. While the effect of these early forms of worship continues to have a profound influence, belief systems have been developed as they act interact with other religions.
