The relation between both aspects values is beliefs or convictions about what are true or false, important or not, that are preserved and supported consciously. It is a "concept of what is desirable." The value adjusted by a manager is the estimate, or excellence attributed to a conviction or preference. The values are derived from the personal choice based on beliefs, opinions, prejudices and standards. The values and how they are arranged to form our concept of values are the foundation for understanding the personality of individuals, their perceptions and attitudes.
